Venue Rental Pricing...
• Monday through Thursday Events (Excluding Holidays): $1000 for all day (8 hrs) or $150 per hour, (minimum of 4 hrs) This includes rental of the venue and set-up of all tables and chairs.
• Friday or Sunday 2016 Events: $1500 This includes all day (12hrs) rental of the venue and complete set-up of all tables and chairs. (Friday or Sunday 2017 Events rate is $2000)
• Saturday Venue all day rate is $3000 for the rest of 2016 and 2017. This includes rental of the venue and complete set-up of all tables and chairs.
• Multi-day discounts are available.
• Sound System: $100
• Linen Package: $25 per table, this includes table cloths, chair covers, and chair sashes. Also includes the use of our mirrors, vases, etc. Extra table cloths are $10 each.
• Catering: You are welcome to use your own caterer; however, there is a $100 catering kitchen fee if you do not use one of our preferred caterers.
• Security/Police Officer: $25 per hr, minimum 4 hrs - required for all events serving alcohol.
